Disabled Tickets and Information for Wembley
Wheelchair Tickets:
The club's Disability Liaison Officer, Nick Saunders will deal with all wheelchair users and their assistant seating. He can be contacted on 07913 256697 between 10am-7pm or at disability@exetercityfc.co.uk
Nick will be at the club to deal with enquiries in person on Monday 12 May 1pm-7pm; Tuesday 13th to Wednesday 14 May 12pm-7pm and then on Thursday 15 May FROM 10am-2pm ONLY, this being the last day for wheelchair user ticket sales.
Tickets for Mobility/Sensory Impaired (Non-wheelchair users):
The allocation of tickets for seats which have step free access will be issued to supporters with disabilities who are not wheelchair users and these tickets need to be purchased direct from ticketzone, If you need a ticket for the step free area please state this when contacting ticketzone.
Ticketzone can be contacted on tel: 0871 855 1904 (from Thursday 8 May between 9am-7pm, weekend between 10am-4pm) Please note phone lines will not be operational before this time, so please don't ring before then.
Guide Dogs: are permitted in the Stadium.
Visually Impaired: Wembley operates a free of charge system for personal commentary receivers with either a head-set or a mini-induction loop. These can be used anywhere within the seating bowl and need to be pre-booked by email: accessforall@wembleystadium.com
Disabled parking at Wembley:
Blue Badge parking only. Parking at Wembley is issued by CS Parking Limited and can be booked online at www.csparking.com/stadium Cost per space £12.
